My brother, the woodmaster, introduced me to the RoastMaster app for the iPad. I’m finding it to be a great app but I’m still learning to use it. So far, I’ve only done three roasts without any kind of temperature tracking. I need to get another K type thermocouple for my digital thermometer to use in my stir crazy.
