Getting Ready for the 2005/2006 Ski Season

I haven’t done a whole lot to get ready for this season.  I’ve order a pair of Dynastar race skis, Speed Course 178cm with a 17m turn radius.

My training is way behind what it has been for quite a few years.  The good thing is that I have been consistently exercising on the eliptical trainer since the beginning of summer.  I have done very little in the way of strength training though!
