I watched several World Barista Championships on Youtube. The best of the three I viewed was the presentation of the Swiss champion for 2007. I posted links for the three that I watched on http://tortui.com/coffee/links-to-information-about-coffee/ .
The audio quality for the video of the Irish Barista Championship was almost inaudible because of the white noise from surrounding activity. The 2004 Barista Championship in Trieste was excellent quality but slanted toward the Australian contestant who didn’t make the finals. The story stopped there so it was anti-climatic!
