SharpEnviro Windows 7 Desktop Replacement

I’m trying SharpEnviro, a replacement desktop for Windows 7.  Alternative desktops for Unix and Linux are very common and there isn’t usually a “default desktop,”  but few Windows users have heard about replacing the Windows desktop which is called Windows Explorer of which the windows explorer file browser is only one aspect.
